The Pattonville High School Theater Department is setting the stage to perform its fall play in October. This year’s play is “The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza,” a comedic performance in which two battling narrators attempt to cover the entirety of Greek mythology in just two hours. Performances of the play will take place Oct. 16 and 17 at 6:30 p.m. and Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at the Pattonville High School community auditorium. Tickets are $5 or $3 for students. Volunteers at the Pattonville Learning Center recently broke ground on a new Pattonville Youth Garden adjacent to their building. The 4,000 square foot garden was the idea of Simon Amies, Pattonville’s web and database administrator. Amies wrote a grant which earned Pattonville $1,000 from Gateway Greening to provide compost and a sign for the site.
